We are committed to share and spread God's love and provide a place of nurture,
care, love, understanding and joy for women of all ages.
We will accomplish this through growing personal relationships,
meetings such as Connections, Bible study and small groups,
off-site retreats, special events and guest speakers.
WOMEN'S RETREAT
A retreat is held once a year at an off-site location.
It is an opportunity to hear a topical guest speaker, meet more
Journey Church women, grow closer to Christ and RELAX in a
beautiful setting. Previous fall retreats were at Mt. Hermon, near Santa Cruz.
MOM'S BIBLE STUDY & WOMEN'S BIBLE DISCOVERY

The Thursday morning women's Bible study meets September-May in
El Dorado Hills (in Raley’s), while the Mom's Bible Study meets
in K-2 and includes childcare.
We want Women to:
- build relationships and intimacy to help members grow spiritually;
- share in each other's lives and spiritual journey;
- have time for study, sharing and prayer;
- grow in our prayer life;
- apply the study to our daily living.
